This can include: a hooked nose, crooked nose, flat nose, large nose and small nose. In many instances, the appearance of a person’s nose is genetic and has a similar form to that of their birth parents. However injury or trauma can impact the nose, causing damage to the internal structure of the nose which often results in changes to its shape and / or size. This damage may affect the bone, cartilage or a combination of both, which form the nose’s distinctive look.
As the most central feature the appearance of the nose can often influence the overall look of the face.
