The initial consultation lasts approximately 30 to 60 minutes and is held in person or virtually at our London clinic in Battersea. During this time, you’ll meet directly with Mr Cavale to discuss your concerns, symptoms, and goals in depth. A chaperone or Mr Cavale’s PA will always be present during the consultation to ensure your comfort and to support the clinical process. For patients based further afield, virtual consultations are also available. However, an in-person consultation is required before any surgery can proceed to ensure full clinical assessment and planning.

If you’re considering a procedure, such as a rhinoplasty, facelift or breast reduction, the consultation allows Mr Cavale to assess your anatomy and symptoms and explain the most suitable surgical approach. The aim is always to match the treatment to your diagnosis, not the other way around. You’re under no pressure to decide on your procedure at the consultation stage. If you need more time to think or have further questions, you’re welcome to book additional consultations. Mr Cavale encourages all patients to speak to their loved ones and support network before making any decisions.
