Arrival Information
For outpatient appointments: Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete any necessary forms or checks.
For surgical procedures: You will be given a specific arrival time by the team in advance.
If you arrive late, we will always do our best to accommodate you. However, in some cases, this may result in a shortened consultation, a delay, or the need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice (within working hours). This allows us to offer the slot to another patient and maintain the efficiency of our service.
Late cancellations or failure to attend may incur a cancellation fee, as outlined in our full terms.
