After surgery, you’ll need someone to stay with you overnight. Postoperative care includes direct access to our nursing team via WhatsApp or phone, and an in-person review about a week later to remove tapes, splints, and stitches. Most patients return for a six-week check-up, with further reviews arranged as needed. While early refinement is visible within weeks, final results continue to mature over six to twelve months.

What to Expect on the Day
Tip rhinoplasty is performed under TIVA general anaesthesia (a light, fast-recovery anaesthetic). The procedure usually takes between one and two hours, and most patients return home the same day.
When you wake up, your nose will be supported with fine tape or a small external dressing. You may have soft internal packing, which is removed before you leave. There will be fine stitches beneath the nose and inside the nostrils, most dissolve naturally or are removed at your one-week review.
You can usually shower the following day, but the face should be kept dry until the dressings are removed. Swelling and minor bruising are normal and improve steadily over the first few weeks.
