He summarises “I predominantly see two groups: the younger patients, who have always felt they never had enough; and those who are post-children, who feel deflated after breastfeeding.” He explains “what is key is to use an implant that behaves like the natural breast – so it must be soft and pliable.”

Positioning is also paramount: Mr Cavale prefers a dual-plane approach, which places the top two-thirds of the implant behind the muscle, and the bottom third in front. “It means there’s less downtime compared to traditional methods.” He also ensures he always tailors his results to suit his patient’s physique. “There isn’t just one cookie-cutter approach.”
